A BELATED HAPPY NEW YEAR XXXX

First time ive had chance to Blog this year. Hope you all had a wonderful time over the xmas & new year period , i really enjoyed myself. It was the first time ive ever Cooked Christmas dinner & though it was panic stations in the morning turkey hadn't defrosted so had to put it in water & 1/2 hour before food was due to be done thought turkey wasnt going to be cooked BUT... It was perfect. I even had my brother saying it was the best turkey he's ever had , i must admit it was lovely and moist.Think it was because i put butter inside the skin & bacon on top also didnt cook the hell out of it Lol !!!

I loved doing my table too heres a pic of one of the tables i had to cook for 10 so put two tables together.......<<<<<
