Teaching another class !!!

Ellie from MODSCRAPS is letting me teach another class at my local crop this saturday !!!!

I get really nervous as ive never stood up infront of people on my own before apart from the first class i taught at MODSCRAPS a few months back. I have new worries this time major one is can i top the last class i taught as it was quite successful ,even though i say it myself !!!! And the second is that my fab scrapping friends Cleo & Ellies classes are so Amazing i dont want too look too rubbishy next to them, lol !!

The girls that go to the Crop are all FAB and i have a such a fun time there . its only £5 to crop all day and extra (usually £5 ) for the class but what can you do for a day for £10 not much nowadays , sounding like my mum lol !!!!! I never get much scrapbooking done as i chat too much but i do get inspired. Some of the girls can do tons of L/Os x

Plasters off & all back to normal xx

Today we went to the hospital to have keiras plaster taken off. All was ok but she is holding her arm being careful of it (not like when she was in plaster and waving it all about) Its had the all clear and it wasnt as bad as we thought it would be , she hates noises !!!

Ive also decorated this lovely little mini book i got from Carolinez crafts it didnt take long but loved the book , SSSSHHHHHHH its going to be for my husband as its our 6th wedding anniversary soon

Blogging & scrapping the not so good times xxx

I decided to do this L/O to remember the not so good times for Keira. I'm not proud of her plastercast but in years to come she we be able to look back and see what chaos she caused !!!! Lol , Its not chaos really but you know what i mean if you have a 2 year old . :D

THE CALENDAR TURN IS FROM CAROLINEZ CRAFTZ SHOP they are very versatile, You can keep them whole , cut them up like ive done here or take them apart...A great embelishment to finish a project. There are different designs too.

been a bit pre occupied

My youngest has pulled something in her arm and after hours of waiting,prodding and xrays at the childrens hospital (they were excellent though) and the threat of having to pull it back into place the big wig consultant decided to just put it in plaster so keira can rest it and its protected ...PHEW !!!!!

So I'm not getting on here much as DD has become very demanding and im running round like a headless chicken trying to keep her happy. Here she is but she looks ok to me lol !!!!!

It was set by my fave shop MODSCRAPS You had to scrap your favorite place and add some stiching somewhere. Ive used new basic grey papers . The small photo is of the hidden photo pulled out .

Seeing havent added anything here for a week i thought i would add a pic i took of our dog PIP .

Shes settled in well and is fab with the kids . She loves playing with her toys and being out in the garden but she also loves her bed too. Shes getting a bit fluffy so a clip is in order, i caught her laying on the stone flooring in the kitchen yesterday where she was so hot.

My Geocache L/O

Heres yet another L/O of our geocaching experience. I dont usually use papers that arent so colourful but they reminded me of MUD !!! They are textured too.

Didnt want to offend the Geocachers saying i might bore you in another post just if you were one of my friends i dont half ramble on and on about the fab hobby i have found (i have converted a few too lol (you know who you are !!!))

A BIT ABOUT MY GEOCACHING WEEKEND sorry to bore you !!!

As you might know my Newish hobby is Geocaching . A Quick explanation is treasure hunting with GPS (satnavs) .

I have been to amazing places of beauty some close to home nearly on the door stop and some further a field. I wanted to do this to get the family out of the house and its really done that for us. We even get our SIL to come along too sometimes.

You have to go onto http://www.geocaching.com/ and register (this doesnt cost a thing) You can pay for membership approx £2 a month for more benifits. This is done by 1000s of people all over the world and you might of passed by a cache with out knowing it where ever you have been !!!!

Anyway on the site you can find caches by adding a postcode etc or looking at the ones close to your home. You have to load or manually put co-ordinates in your satnav (GPS) and off you go.

There is more info about how big the box is , what the terrain & difficulty is etc and of course Geocaching itself.

Below is views by Horton camp Geocache and a typical small cache box as a lot of people ask what is in the treasure boxes (log book to sign in , treasure, sometimes travel bugs or geocoins (things you can move and track where they are) ) YOU MUST PUT SOMETHING BACK IN IF YOU TAKE SOMETHING OUT THOUGH !!!! then the next person that visits will have something to take if they like and so on .

IVE WON THE RAFFLE

I've won the raffle over at UKS . The people who are sending me my prize are from canada & called ....RIFF-RAFF DESIGNS they have some brill Lazercut chip board designs.I especially love the Owls , Cherry blossoms & Dinosaurs but if you look in the gallery theres tons of designs all scrummy .
