Journal your xmas

Today ive done something totally not me and decided to Join Shimelle lanes Journal your christmas !!!!! HERES THE LINK
I'm not sure why and i dont know anyone else that has done this too ,but im hoping to get a christmas tradition out of it at least :D .
I want to do this for the children so they can look back in years to come and show their kids the silly traditions we do each year !
I'll get back to you all what i think about this online prompt thingy soon !!!! I think its going to be a lot like marmite ...you either love it or hate it lol !!!!!

Not scrapping the kids !!!!! Shocking

Generally i scrap the kids especially Keira as she doesnt mind me taking photos and is always up to funny things . My eldest gets in a strop with me when the camera is out but i have a selected few photos i have caught in a good mood . But this week ive scrapped my last years xmas tree and theres also an old l/o of my kids slippers ! I'ld also like to know what items rather than people youve scrapped ???? So below are approx three of my L/Os that arent the kids don't think ive scrapped anymore non people L/Os apart from the cat i had and my dog !!!!

Today i just realised my blog was on UKS Home page with the link sending everyone to my button card. I was wondering why there were so many hits in the week lol thought it was a hacker !
So i just wanted to say to whoever puts the blog links onto the home page on UKS thankyou , not for the hits but for the praise of my little card xx makes me think im appreciated. :)

Countdown to xmas project x

The first project was taught at my local MODSCRAPS crop here in Bristol when I was on holiday but if you want directions how I made mine go and look at Fiskarettes site.

Sparkle

I've bought these great glittery chipboard pieces in a tin (i'll get back to you on the name) from MODSCRAPS and they are ideal for christmas but this L/O I've made using Fiskars Heidi grace papers & the chipboard pieces work really well together too and is just wintery .

Fiskarettes blog competition

Over at Fiskarettes there is a new competition to win £50 worth of FISKARS tools . The theme is 'SPARKLE' and you have to make a handmade craft with the theme 'SPARKLE' or it should have some 'SPARKLE' with in it. More details HERE .

Oh and here is my piece of work for the weekly challenge too (the theme is crafting in Non traditional Christmas colours) , No Goodies to be won for challenges but a great way to get ideas and Inspiration and make yourself craft x

Trying to get festive ....Today i'm showing you a L/o about my Xmas 07 christmas table , No kids in it !!!! SHOCKING !!!! Ive used Coredinations cardstock and sanded roughly to let the lighter colour peek through. Phot is a bit wonky !

Today over at Fiskarettes I've set this weeks challenge called Autumn Colours . Its my hubby's birthday today so a little bit preoccupied , We had soooo many visitors yesterday when i planned to scrap and then other days we don't see a soul !

We had a little party and we decorated the inside of the house more than we ever had before ! i bought the scarest halloween CD .. screaming cats and chains were clunking !
Heres My two daughters Azaria and Keira being scary !

Trying to bite apples on strings without touching with hands ... i found this almost impossible !!!!

Our carved pumpkin of a 'Mingo as my youngest calls them) flamingo and palm tree . Really scary hey ??!!

My baby nephew as a devil with the cutest of bat wings on his back , by all accounts he had this on all day and even went shopping in it !!!
